The official language of the Congress is English. All abstract submissions and presentations are to be conducted in English.

A commercial and professional exhibition will take place during the conference, parallel to the conference hours.

Banking and Exchange
The Israeli monetary system is Shekel. Foreign currency may be changed at banks, airports, and very often at major hotels (generally at a less convenient rate). All major credit cards are acceptable in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
Visas
All visitors entering Israel must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they will leave Israel. Visitors are allowed to remain in Israel for up to 3 months from the date of their arrival. Please check to see if your country of origin belongs to the Visa Waiver Program which entitles citizens of certain countries to enter Israel without having to arrange a visa ahead of time. Visitors from countries that are not members of the Visa Waiver Program must make a request for an entry permit/visa from the Israeli consulate in their country or region before they arrive to Israel.

Insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the course.
